How do I start a KAZE subscription?
Check out the items available for subscription here. Select the order frequency, add to cart and proceed to checkout.
What are the surprises?
It could be an extra mask, new product... We promise you get more than what you have ordered :)
When will I be charged?
You will be charged for the first time right after you placed your subscription order. After that, you will be charged every 30 days .
When will I receive my order?
We will pack your order on the working day after the recurring order is confirmed. Depending on where you are, the delivery may take from 1-14 working days. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
How can I manage my orders?
- From the top navigation bar, click "Log in" to go to the "My account" page.
- From the "My account page", click "Edit my subscription" to enter the subscription portal
- You can make the followings changes from the portal for the upcoming orders:
- Order quantity
- Swapping subscribed products to another
- Next billing date
- Shipping and billing info
How can I change the order quantity?
- From the subscription portal, click "Edit" next to "Products in my subscription".
- Amend the quantity and hit "Save".
How can I swap my subscription items?
- From the subscription poral, expand the "Products in my subscription" tab.
- Click "Swap Product"
- Choose the product that you would like to receive from your next order by clicking "Select Product". Hit "OK" from the system dialog.
Cut-off for changes?
Please make all the changes to your orders at least 1 day before the next bill is scheduled. Changes made after the cut-off may not reflect on the next delivery.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Please send us an email to info@kazeorigins.com. Subscriptions can be cancelled after 2 deliveries.
What is the shipping fee for subscriptions?
The normal shipping policy applies. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
Will KAZE let me know when my subscription orders are coming?
Yes. For each order you ship, you will receive 2 emails: an order confirmation when the order is billed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking info when the order has been shipped. The emails may end up in your spam folder. Feel free to reach out to us in case you don't receive them.
